RACHEL’S PROCESS & INSPIRATION
Brayhead was ablaze for a numer of days, leaving the earth black and scorched with bare rock almost like a naked body exposed. Painting this, I could smell the burnt earth and I could feel the vulnerability of the landscape under the relentless fire.
