‘Recently, I discovered a bit of scientific research that is very interesting to me as it supports my belief that our connection to the earth is core to our well-being. This research states that mycobacterium vaccae which is found in soil has been found to mirror the effect on neurons that drugs like Prozac provide. This bacterium may stimulate serotonin production, which makes you relaxed and happier’.
